Murales is a project by Metro C, WeBuild, and Vianini Lavori that transforms the Metro C construction site in Piazza Venezia into a cultural platform. Six Italian artists will exhibit new works on the silos, recalling mural traditions, from the 17,000-year-old Lascaux caves to contemporary avant-garde movements. Curated by Spazio Taverna, the project is supported by a Scientific Committee with Rome's leading cultural institutions: the Galleria Nazionale d'Arte Moderna, the MAXXI, the Palazzo delle Esposizioni, and the Galleria Borghese.
