ABOUT
What is the School of Vision Masterclass

Four days of intensive work across three layers:
-
Classroom sessions on vision as strategy — how to state the future you are building, why it matters, and how to make it non-negotiable.
-
Field access to Rome’s living power infrastructure — innovation hubs, private archives, architectural studios shaping the city’s next form.
-
Closed-door feedback from people who operate at city, brand, and institutional level.
ROME CHAPTER
4-day Masterclass
April 2026
Admission is by application.
We design each cohort around fit, ambition, and friction: people who are actively entering a phase of definition, expansion, or leadership.
Immersed in Rome, where the foundations of global civilisation were shaped
An intimate, curated cohort.
The Masterclass is a circle where vision is declared, identity is refined, and access is granted to places and voices normally closed to the public.
This is where symbolic language becomes direction in the world.
WHAT HAPPENS IN 4 DAYS
3-DAY LABS IN ICONIC ITALIAN CITIES
WORKSHOPS
12+ hours of in-room strategic work
Hands-on sessions on vision as strategy: how to define the future you are building, attach it to symbolic power, and make it defendable in public. You are asked to take a position, stress-test it, and refine it.
VISITS
Strategic field access to active power sites
You enter Rome’s working infrastructure of influence — innovation hubs, private archives, architectural studios shaping the next masterplan of the city, and artist research spaces. You see how identity, territory, luxury and policy are actually produced.
MENTORING
Closed-door feedback from active operators
Direct sessions with people who are currently shaping Rome’s cultural narrative, institutional agenda, urban form and brand position. No panels, no public audience — you sit with them, present your direction, and get real feedback.
-
MACRO — Rome’s contemporary art engine, where culture is produced and contested in real time.
-
LAB Roma050 — long-horizon urban vision work: reimagining how Rome presents itself by 2050.
-
Labics — the architecture practice redesigning the Imperial Forums and the Colosseum area, linking form, narrative, and political visibility.
-
ROAD – Rome Advanced District (ENI) — industrial and energy infrastructure reframing Rome’s future identity and mobility strategy.
-
Fashion Headquarters / Archive access — how luxury brands weaponise heritage, image, and storytelling to project power globally.
-
Rome’s current art network — from Gagosian to street-level interventions in Piazza Venezia and the Accademia di San Luca: how visibility is manufactured in the city.
-
Dinner inside an artist’s atelier (Numero Cromatico) — an off-record conversation where artistic research meets cognitive science and media engineering.

Led by Visionaries
For over a decade, Spazio Taverna has worked at the intersection of culture, urban space, institutional power and symbolic strategy — not as observers, but by building situations where artists, architects, brands, and public actors actively renegotiate what a city is allowed to become.
The School of Vision method has been developed through years of work with institutions, companies, cultural actors and universities. The goal is always the same: help people articulate a vision that is specific, defensible, and actionable, a position they can take into the world.
The School of Vision distills over 100 direct conversations with the people actually shaping contemporary culture, architecture, science and institutional narrative — from Daniel Libeskind to Kengo Kuma, Carlo Ratti, John C. Mather, Hans Ulrich Obrist, Olafur Eliasson and beyond — into a method you can immediately apply to your own position.
Trusted by Visionaries Across Sectors
Our Vision-Driven-System™ method has been tested and applied within leading organisations across finance, green-tech, pharma, logistics, and academia—including:
